Got our snacks delivered

So, we were heading to Orlando for vacation and didn't want to deal with grocery shopping right away. My friend told me about Water Butlers, so I gave it a shot. I ordered some juice boxes, granola bars, and a bunch of snacks and chips. It was super easy to place the order online. Everything showed up at our hotel before we even got there, which was awesome. Bell Services held it for us, no problem. It made our first day way less stressful, which was nice.

Always reliable for our Disney trips

This was my third time using Water Butlers for our Disney World resort grocery delivery, and they were consistent as ever. I ordered a case of bottled water, some fresh fruit platters, and a few boxes of breakfast cereal. Everything arrived just as scheduled at Bell Services at our resort. It's so much easier than trying to lug all that stuff myself or making a grocery run after a long travel day. I've used them before for milk and some snacks too, and they've always gotten it right. It's why I keep coming back, honestly.

how do the delivery fees work? like, is it flat rate or depend on how much you order?

C Colin 2 months ago
It's a flat fee, I think, but sometimes they have promos for free delivery over a certain amount.

S Steve 2 months ago
I believe it's a set fee for delivery, but check their site cause sometimes they have specials that waive it for bigger orders.

can you get beer and wine delivered through them? thinking of getting some for the room after the parks.

W Wendy 2 months ago
Yep, you can. They'll ask for ID when they deliver it.

My cousin had wine delivered to her room last year. Just make sure someone 21+ is there to receive it and show ID.

hey, trying to figure out delivery. we're staying at an off-site hotel in Kissimmee, like 10 mins from Epcot. can they still deliver there?

W Wendy M. 2 months ago
Yeah they do off-site hotels, not just Disney ones. As long as it's in the Orlando area you should be good.

Pretty sure they cover most Orlando area hotels. I had stuff delivered to a Marriott on International Drive last year, no problem.

anyone know if these guys are legit? heard some horror stories about other grocery delivery services for Disney trips.

J June 1 month ago

They're good! I've seen them recommended in lots of Disney groups. Much better than some of the other options out there, even better than Garden Grocer imo.

how early do i need to order stuff? we're going for spring break and i'm worried about everything being booked up.

E Elena Foster 1 month ago
For Spring Break, I'd say as soon as you know your dates. It gets super busy. I ordered about a month out last time and it was fine.

Better to be safe than sorry, especially for peak times. I usually aim for at least 2-3 weeks ahead just to be sure.

wondering if they have a first-timer discount? trying to save a few bucks on our trip next month.

E Emma 2 months ago
Yeah, they usually do. I got like $10 off my first order.

They definitely have one for new customers. I think I found a code on a Disney forum, or it just popped up when I signed up. Look for it at checkout!
